It’s time for another review of our one of the books from our Education Programme’s Resource Boxes.
This month’s book review by Poppy, 7, on What’s Going On Inside My Head? by Molly Potter:
“This book is about your feelings and how you can keep your mind healthy. It helps you with ways to talk about your feelings and ways to calm down.
I enjoyed all of the book but my favourite part was talking about what makes a good friend. I liked the speech bubbles too because I enjoyed reading them and I enjoyed looking at the pictures because they helped me to understand.
I learned some new meditation ideas which can help you when I feel sad.
I would recommend this book to everybody because everybody has feelings and relationships. I think it is a good book for children to read with their families.”
